What it means: Your login credentials arenât being recognized, or your account hasnât been migrated yet if you have never logged into Blackout v2.

What it means: Blackout canât connect to the internet to authenticate your account.

How to fix:
Make sure your iPad has internet access (try Safari or YouTube to confirm).
Go to iOS Settings > General > Date & Time â turn on Set Automatically and confirm your Time Zone is correct.
If both steps fail, our authentication system may be down â contact support so we can verify and assist.
