1. Request a Fixture Profile:
Head over to help.blackout-app.com to submit a Fixture Request. Our dedicated team will handle the process of adding your fixture. It may take a little time, but once your lights are added, a notification will be sent to your email. Ensure you provide a valid email for this service.
2. DIY Fixture Profile:
Love a hands-on approach? Use our intuitive fixture creation tool within the app to craft the profile yourself. Once you're done, simply tap the cloud icon on the "My Show Fixtures" page next to the profile to upload it to our database. Don’t forget to notify our team through the Help Center; we’ll verify and then make it public!
